Hi,
I have 8 years of experience and my current company has applied Labor for me. My priority date is Jan 2005 EB3.
Now I got another company who offers me pre approved labor priority date "Oct 2002 EB3". My question is
1. How much risky it is to change from my current company to new company ?
2. Do I have to take any document regarding my current approved labor from my current company before I leave them ? and which documents ?
3.I was not in USA in Oct 2002 and by that date I only had 4 years of experience. Now I have 8 years of experience. how this will impact if I change to a company which have pre approved labor ?
Some information about me .
1. The job profile under which my labor was applied in my current and new company are same.
2. I came to USA in 2004 on H1 .
