What did we come to the US for?

Just a general question.. trying to know everyones views on this question.

1. To earn a lot of money.

2. Because we hate our home country and never want to go back.

3. To have a better life.

4. To send money home and support our family & friends.

I am an American and I like India too. I would like to go to India and live a permanent life over there. Everybody never get happy if they stay too long in a place, they would like to have a shift in their life time. Hence I may say all place are same.
