    Pre-approved labor and Priority Date Retrogess...

    Hi

    1) I am on 8th Year H1B getting additional (new employer) Pre-approved labor of Aug 2004 (EB2) or July 2002 (EB3). Based on the PD, which one make sense?

    2) Is EB3 going to retrogress further? Does EB2 allows Premium processing of I-140?

    Would appreciate ur reply.
