Hi All,
I work as a Systems Administrator for the University of Chicago on an H1-B visa and thinking about applying for Green Card. I heard that the way the "Job Advert" is done is crucial to the whole process. Does anyone have experience of similar situation? Job ads, what sort of job title. Also would the job go under EB2 category if it requires at least 5 years experience?
Any experiences are greatly appreciated whether good or bad.
