Any ones september 2005 perm labor has been cleared

Hello

My husband had applied for labor under perm on september 2005,still its not been cleared.
Has anyone's labor who have applied in this month has been cleared or not if so please give your feedback, we want to know whether our company is playing with us or not.

The PERM labor process is taking at least 5 months these days. There's no use of it being cleared because EB2 has also gone into retrogression. The current priority date for EB2 is June 2002 and EB3 is April 2001. You'll need to wait at least 4 years to file 485.

You need to ask your HR for perm case no. username and password and check the status online! I applied for mine on july 24th '06 and got approved on sept 29th '06. If your employer can't provide the above then something is wrong! Talk to a lawyer! Hope this helps!
