Labor done but changed my company

Hi There,
I filed for labor in May 2004 and I got a notification of labor approval today. The thing is that I changed my parent company and no longer work for that company thru whihc the labor has been approved....I am just wondering as to what my options are now. Also what priority date will be applied to that labor? I also have applied for GC thru my new employer thru Perm. If I were to get my labor in 6-8 months time from now(from the new employer) .....I am trying to understand if there will be a differnce of priority dates in both cases and if yes then how much?

possibly you can have the old priority date and you are clear zoomed well

Hi,
I think you can only hold on to you priority date if your I-140 is approved as well! You should speak to your lawyer!
