Hello,
I applied for the Labor Certification back in 2004. I finaly got the 45 day letter in may this year. Few days after, my attorney responded to the 45 day letter. As it seem to be the case with many other people, my case was closed since they claim they have not recevied the 45 day letter. My attorney has filled a request to re-open the case.
Currently, when I insert my case number in the case tracker, it shows me that my case is under "Data Review" . Does anyone know what this means? Does this mean that the case has been re-opened? If it is re-opened, does anyone know how long it takes to receive a descision from the backlog center?
Thanks
