I have a B.Sc (3 year) degree and 6+ years of experience. Later I got MCA (3 years) from (Distance Learning) university in India
For H1 my education was evaluated as based on B.Sc and 3 years of experience is equivalent to 4 years of bachelor's degree. This was 3 years back.
1. Can I file LC/I-140 under EB2 category now, as I have Masters and 6 years expereince?
2. Do I need to produce any education evaluation documents to prove that my Masters and experience is equivalent to Masters in USA?
