    labor certification while in TPS status

    Hello guys!!!! I have a question for you hoping somebody can answer me.


    I have been with TPs since 2002, Can a company file a labor certification for me?
    or is it true I needed to be with TPS before april 30, 2001 in order to be eligible to do so?
