Hi All,
In order to get a 7th year extention, what are the conditions that an applicant can satify, I thought it is that the labor certifcation should have
been filed a year before his 6 years of H1 (H1+H4) gets over. But I am
hearing that we can apply as long as labour**40 are cleared. Doesn't have
to be filed before end of 5th year. Is it true that we can file 7th year H1 extension if labor and I140 is cleared even if filing after the end of 5th year of H1.
