Case re-opened???
Hi Friends,
My LC case has been closed since last 6 months and i don't have a clue as to what is going on with my case. My case was closed by error for not replying timely to the 45 day letter.
The lawyers have sent an appeal to re-open 6 months back but there has been no response yet from INS. I also check the website for backlog processing and there it shows CASE CLOSED.
Anybody who was in this boat with any success of re-opening.
