notice of findings- labor certification
Hi
I have recieved a notice of findings from the dept.of labor stating that we have to show evidence that we made genuine attempts to contact a US worker.we need to show proof of telephone contact and receipts for any certified mail sent to the US worker.
Has anyone been in a similar situation before and if so I would appreciate any help on how to tackle it since I no longer have the recepit for the mail since it was sent in 2003.
