PERM Issue: Experience gained with non-sponsoring/current employer
Hi,
I'm planning to apply Labor and my sponsor employer has agreed to apply it and he said I can stay with my current employer till the Labor is approved. But I've been working with the current employer (only with the current employer) for more than 6 yrs after my undergraduation and so can the sponsor employer consider this experience for the application ? OR should I need to join the sponsor employer and then apply Labor so that my experience would be considered ?
