My visa is expiring 4th APR 2008. How long before I have to file a labour to process my green card. Is there any restriction to file before 365 days must.
My employer has been placed advertisement and he is telling the advertisement part will complete next month middle. So I crossed the sixth year. Is it okay if they have put advertisement before one year.
