Halo Sir/Madam,
My labor certification was filed in NY in 2001. It went to backlog reduction center, then 45 day letter was received and responded by his lawyer. In december, we got recruitment instructions and teh company went through the process. Everything seemed fine. He could check the case status on "Backlog reduction center". Suddenly last thursday, I see the status of the case marked as "closed"!!!
My H1 9th year renewal is based on this labor. It was filed and the decision is still awaited. What is the impact of the case being marked as "closed"? We're very concerned.
Plz guide us what do we have to do next? What would happen to his GC and H1?
