I have gone for my H1B extension few days back to Ottawa, Canada.
I had labor cleared thorugh my previous employer. I changed the company. I went for H1B extension on my current employer. My previous employer actullay is doing I-140 also on the approved labor for me now.
While issuing the visa, the visa officer mentioned to me that he is removing the labor of the previous employer as I am no longer working for him.
I could not talk to consular officer in detail.
Does he mean that he is just removing from the visa application I made or from the US Department of Labor records?
Appreciate clarification.
Thanks
