    Are there delays for PERM labour approval?

    My company had filed for my PERM labor approval/ certification on 02/01/2007. Even almost after 4 months, I had not received the approval. I also understand that there are no audit queries.

    Is a delay of 4 months considered as normal for PERM labor approval? Please advise. I am a post graduate and have 7 yrs IT experience and 15 yrs of Industry experience.
