I filed a labour cert using TR (Traditional Recruitment) and not RIR or PERM. My priority date is now current, however I cannot file for adjustment of status since my labour has not been approved yet.
Should I abandon my application which was filed in March 2005 and switch to PERM or should I just stick it out and not try and rock the boat unecessarily?
