My attorney mentioned something about INS planning to process all pending labour certs by Sep 2007. He said he was surprised that we are so close to Sep and my LC was not yet approved. I filed in March 2005.
I was just wondering if anyone else had heard similar news and what they knew about it? What happens if INS is not able to process our applications by Sep 2007?
