URGENT !! PLEASE ADVICE, H1B Extension

Hello,

I have a very important question for my 7th Year Extension on H1B Visa.
I have applied for the 7th yr. extension and got a query stating that need some evidence of Filing my Labour 365 days b4 my 6th yr. expriring and my emloyer has given me Pre-Approved Labour and my I-140 also Filed 3 months back.
Please advice me, what to do to fill the Query.

Hi Jovialman,
can you tell me how you dealt this situation. I am expecting the same for myself. Your advice will help. My Labour was filed on August 3rd, 2007 and approved on October 11th, 2007. Going to file I-140 this week. H1 completes 6 years by dec 31st, 2007. How are my chances for H1 extension?
Any one can answer on this.
