  • gc process start for MS graduates withb only one employer.

    hi guies
i have MS and 3 1/2 years of experience from only one employer only. we are trying to start Labor process in EB2 , but since i have no previous experience other than my currrent one. how do i need to handle the advertisement in this case.

    my educational qualifications :
BE in engg india and ME in engg india and MS in computer science, and 3 1/2 years from only one employer and have no previous experience.

Do i need to change the employer, my question is in how does microsoft and other big companies sponsor/handle their employees (fresh from college) labor cert cases. will my present employer get me my GC or not? with out any changes to my case
is there any way other than changing my current employer .
    getting confused,

    thanks
