Chnage from EB3 ro EB2

I have an approved labor cert dated Sep'2003. Unfortunately it was filed under EB3 despite my master's degree.

My I-140 is also approved.

I am curious to know if i should consider finding a new employer and file a new labor application under PERM with EB2.

This was i can take my PD with me and apply for GC as soon as my labor is approved..

Please advise and share experience...
