I have applied for my green card I-485 in 2007 through labor department. Due to the backlog in Employment based I’m planning now to file for my green card I-485 through marriage to my wife.
Can I do that? Or would you please advice me on how to resolve this issue.

FB is best and faster.

You can do that, but if you have EAD/AP from EB based one, then you must withdraw the petition before filing the FB one.

You should stick to FB one,by withdrawing the EB one.
