Check labour filing status

Hi,
My Employer told me that they have filed my labour for my GC process.
They gave me a filing number starting with "C-"
I have a couple pf questions since I am new to this GC process:
Is there a way I can check the status online using this filing # ?
Also how long does it typically take for labour approval?
