PERM Denial - What now?

Hey Folks,

2 days ago i filled out the PERM application. Today i got word (by checking the website) that i was denied. There was never an email that was sent to us telling us why there was a denial, who is the CO etc.

I contacted the office in Chicago via email and they got back to me with:

"20 CFR 656.24(e)(5): if an application for a labor certification is denied, and a request for review is not made in accordance with 656.26(a) and (b), a new application may be filed at any time."

I'm not sure how to file a request for review. I have never received a Final Determination or anything.

Anyone know where i should go for from here??

Just as a follow up....

i did not recieve anything via email from the DOL but they did say a letter was going out to us. I dont know what will be in this letter, for example it might be nice to know what was wrong with the application so i can fix it or at least know what to appeal.

Anyone know how long it takes for the letter to get here?
