  • Wage for H1B Visa : LCA amount or Prevaling wage

I am currently working on H1B Visa and have a question regarding my
    current wage rate.

My LCA was filed in April, 2005 and the wage was rate
was determined as $45,500 per year (In accordance with
the prevailing wage of $45,053 per year for Programmer
level 2 at that time as per FLC datacentre) Link >>http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesQuic...ear=5&source=1

The current prevailing wage for Programmer Level 2 in
McLean county, Bloomington IL is $61,755 per year
(Link to the FLC datacentre site :
    http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesQuic...ar=8&source=1).
My current wage rate (approx. $52,000 per year) is
less than the prevailing wage rate as per FLC
    datacentre.

I would like to know, when it comes to determining my
wage rate, which one should be used, the LCA amount
(which is based on wage rate for 2005) or prevaling
wage rate for 7/2007 - 6/2008?. And will I be still
paid lesser wage rate than prevailing wage rate
because the wage rate determined in 2005 appears on my
    LCA?

Please let me know if you need any further information
from my side to answer my query. Thanks in advance for
    your help.
