Labor certification?

Hi!
I have a question, How many occupations in schedule " A " those don't required labor certification ? Is that only Nurse and physio therapist only or more. Is teachers also exempted for labor certification in some states.

Those are the 2 I have heard about. Not sure about teachers.

Perm Denied, want to know why ??

Could some one tell me what exactly wud be the reason for my PERM denial
this is what DOL sent.
REASON FOR DENIAL: ETA Forn~ 9089 indicates the alien is currently employed by the
pet~tioning employer and only qualifies for the position identified in the application by virtue of
the employer's alternative requirements. However, the employer has not indicated on the
application that applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
are acceptable. AUTHORITY FOR DENIAL: Per 20 CFR 656.17(h)(4)(ii), "If the alien
beneficiary already is employed by the employer, and the alien does not meet the primary job
requirements and only potentially qualifies for the job by virtue of the employer's alternative
requirements, certification will be denied unless the application states that any suitable
combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable." Therefore, the application is
denied
The employer is reminded that. as an alternative to an appeal, it has the option of correcting the
information provided on the application for which the denial has been received and submitting a new
application to the appropriate National Processing Center for review
