Job Description has changed after filing the labor case

Hi,

My employer filed my Labor certficate (ETA) papers in DOL on Oct. 28th. and we got the query in dec. We answered the query on Dec. 27th and now my job profile got changed. Do my manager has to withdraw the case
and file the new case in department of labor or can i continue. Do we have to inform the department of labor?
