Labor approved: Company has been bought

My Labor approved under PERM in 10/2007 with Company A. After couple of months, Company B bought company A and the company name changed to C.

Is my labor still valid? Can i go ahead with I-140 submission?

Tricky, but ...

... yes, the labor can still be valid. Your new company's HR has to accept the previous company's filings.

You'll also need a letter from the new company clarifying the same.

Don't give up on this and pursue the matter so you don't lose out on the labor. Speak with your attorney and if he isn't helpful, consult your own attorney.

Thank you. This helped me in convincing the Company C to move forward with my labor. I have a question.

The labor certified by company C has prevailing wage 70K.
But I am working with Company D and getting more than 70K. Will there be a problem when I submit the latest pay-stubs.
