Plz help me in selecting EB2 or EB3 category?

Hi .
My name is hardik.
i m planning to start my gc processing with my h1 company.
my case is
I have done bachelors(3yr) and Master(2yr).
Can i go for EB2? or i have to go for EB3.
my attorney says EB3 because i need to have total 6 yrs of study.
but i have 5yr of study in india.
so plz help me out i m confused

Your qualifications are secondary. The job requirements matter for qualifying for EB2 or EB3 first.

Like I said your experience does not matter. What does your job require? I could have 10 years of experience with a MS but if my job requires 1yr exp with a Bachelor's degree, all they can do is file under EB3.
