does eb2 take less time than eb3?

Does filling labour with eb2 take less time than eb3/
what is the best time to stary gc processing.
i have completed 1.5 yr of my h1 visa

The best time is when an employer is ready and you qualify for the job. The earlier the better. EB-2 is better than EB-3, but they are both bad for Indian nationals.

my attorney told that u will qualify for eb3 but i have done masters so should i not qualify for eb2 and have 2.4 yr of experience.

Only if the job requires an MS and there are other similar positions filled by MS grads. It's based on what the real job requires and NOT what you have.
