Hi Friends!
I would like to know if the LC under PERM has an expiration for I-140 filing because our company filed PERM to a group of 7, some of us got LC approved as early as Jan2008 however 2 got RFE until now. Our company lawyer would file the same group together only after all got LC approved. I am just concerned if LC got expiry date to file I-140 because its been too long already and the I-140 is not yet filed.
