Jobtitle to qualify EB2?

Hi,

I am Oracle DBA with 3 year degree and 3 year masters **0 year exp from India.

My attorney proposes me as "Database Analyst" and filing labor under EB3 as Bachelors + 2years.

I came to know that degree and exp doesnt matter and only the proposed job position matters, If I need to qualify for EB2, what should be the job title? and how should I convince my Attorney.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

The job title does not matter. What qualifications are actually needed to perform the job matters. If the job only requires a Bachelors degree plus 2 years exp, you cannot qualify for EB2 even if you have a MS plus 20 years of exp.
