  • Is there a Time Frame for filing LC after obtaining prevalent wages

Can someone guide regarding PERM Process.
My company got prevalent wages in February 08. They are advertising now. I am just wondering whether there is a time limit of 180 days from date of prevailing wages detemination to filing of PERM.
    Thanks in advance.

      Thanks txh1b!

I reword my question. I have a prevalent wages determined by TWC in Feb 08 with an expiry date June 30, 2008. My advertisement is still in process. Do my employer needs a new prevailing wage request before filing LC?
      Thanks in advance!

          Yes, txhb1.

On page 15 it says the emploer should file its application or begin recruitment process before prevailing wage expire.

Can you elobrate a little as my case is in advertisement phase, two advt appeared in newspaper on consecutive Sundays, before expiration date, but they have to reappear due to some correction? Am I good or need a new prevailing wage?
          Thanks in advance!

I was talking about page 2. Prevailing Wage validity is for no less than 90 days and no greater than 1 year meaning it is good for your case.
