Hello Gurus,
Have been workin for an Employer A . The EMployer has around 10 employees placed in different technologies as of now.
I was thinking of processing my Green card with this employer.
My questions are
1) Are there any pre-requisites from an employer point of view that i have to consider before starting my Perm process.
like
a) No of employees
b) tax returns that he is paying every year (Any fig that u could think of)
c) Total num of years that the company has been running?
Please add any other info if u know as i am pretty new to this stuff.
And guys what do u think whether I should take a risk in going with this employer ?
Please share ur valuable ideas
