  • PERM and I 140

My PERM and I-140 was approved in 2006, but in 2007 I had to relocate to another site (different state, west to east coast) of the same company and PERM never started there. Now, that the priority dates are current, if I go back to my previous location, can I start my AOS? They told me they can keep my priority dates.

    Thanks
    Dsiva.

    Yes, can be done.
