Prevailing wage vs current wage

My company filed my PERM with a prevailing wage which is 45% higher that what it currently pays me. It is a Fortune 100 and definitively can pay me what they wrote down. I understand that the company should pay me the prevailing wage or more, but at what time in the process? When the PERM is certified? When the I140 is filed? When the green card is issued? Can I ask for the increase after the PERM is certified?
