EB2 Advertisement Job Req

My employer intended to file for Eb2 PERM Labor and applied for the same. The Job requirement says requires a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in the Job offered. And I have 8 years of experience in US alone. Does this mean this Job requirement qualifies for EB2 ? Please help. I saw in a forum and people saying that the Job Requiremtn must say "Requires Masters Degree + 3 years or Bachelors with 5+ years". Is the word "Requires Masters" madatory in Job Eb2 Job requirement or is it ok for the Job Requirement to ask only for Bachelors + 5 years with no mention to Masters Degree. ?

Please help. I'm in grave danger because of this problem.
