Hi,

Would be great if any one helps me ...

My employer sponsered my GC through pre approved labour and i got the EAD too.

Now i would like to know ,

What are the documents i should collect from my employer regarding my labour certificate for my documents?

Should we need any documents related to Labour certificate to appy for EAD or AP extension ?

None needed. Just I485 proof and past EAD approval proof will suffice.
