Last Name Change after marriage

Hi,
I am H1B and my employer is filing Labor (PERM) for me and I have a question regarding my last name. My documents before marriage like Passport, Visa and I94 has <My SurName> as last name and my new documents like I797, SSN, License, Offer Letter, Credit Cards... has <My husbend's SurName>.
To file labor, should I use my latest document details (my husbend's surname) or the details in my passport (my surname). Please help me get out of the confusion. Thanks in advance.

Passport is the legal document that represents your name. Your name on PP should be changed to what you want it to be and then proceed forward. In your best interest, maintain consistency in all docs.
