    Labor filing tracking?

    HI all,

    My employer has given me a case number for the labor filing(Permanent employment certification). What URL do I need to use to check the status of it?

    similar situation

    I was told that only employer can check PERM!
    IS that correct or there is a way to track PERM by the employee?

      Nothing for the employee. The lawyer can check it on the database as it is submitted electronically.
