Help me...I need a sponsor for the work permit in USA

I am Nepalese citizen, I have Bachelor's degree in Bussiness as well as I have good IT experience(Diploma).

Currently I am working in a company.But unable to satisfy my daily need.So please let me know and help me to find any company who can sponsor me work permit in USA for any kind of Job...so far matchable to me..
