Chicago Regional Labor Cert. Delay

Hello,
Does anybody know what's wrong with Chicago Regional Labor Processing Unit? It's been months that their status is posted as 'December 2003' & so it is for 'Aug 2004' update also !!???
Is this delay a deliberate one? If so, for what reason? Can something be done in this regard instead of just wait & watch?
Appropriate comments are highly appreciated.

Well, it seems that the October update was not much of a progress either. It still shows December 2003. Wish it was a mistake.

Chicago Labor Certificate

Being told that the Chicago office has been assigned a special project since this summer and it has to put all its resources into the project. So little movement on the approval side. PERM related? Anyone has any insight?
