Can we apply 2 Labor application for same person

Hi

my employer applied Labor in Jan2008 and still in processing . Employer wants to apply one more and withdrawing the current one .

but my current date will move . could any one tell me that can i apply one more labor without disturbing the first one ????


is it possible ??

You have to withdraw one case before filing another from the same employer for the same person.
