What is faster - EB2 or EB3 ?

My employer suggested to go for EB3 instead of EB2 (although I qualify), since during recent times a lot of applications have been filed under EB2 vs. EB3. Can someone confirm this ?

Your qualification is secondary. What the job requires is what drives EB2 or EB3. EB2 is definitely faster than EB3 without any doubt.
