Do my employer qualified to sponcer GC ?

Company A in NYC have 60(they say, whats the proof) employees. They have another branch in nebraska with 2(only two) employees on that branch payrole.

They are willing to file Labour from nebraska which is apparently fast. I should be working for nebraska branch in order to process GC from nebraska.

Is this company qualified to sponcer GC? What happens in the worst case? (eg: I140 may not go through)

Is it worth while taking this risk with small comapny? two more years to go for my 6Y h1B.

Difficult to say. USCIS has started investing such companies and rejecting labor/I-140.

It would be best if you apply from NY in this company.

What is illegal there

Company A have Head Quarters in NY. Their branch office is in Nebraska. One can be employed at Nebraska division and file GC from the same state where he is employed with. Payroll runs from where he/she is employed.

Catch here is Company HQ in new york and client can be any where in USA.

Is it like, company have to file GC for an employee only from head quarters branch(state), Irrespective of in which division he works?
