I am going on w2 with a employer[stranger]
What all should I make clear b4 i sign up?

1> percentage[70%-30%]
2> Who is paying medican insurance?
3> Who is paying relocation?
4> What is the employer contribution for SSN, and medical?
5> Should I pay employer tax?
6> Pay Between projects?

How does these formulated in net billing rate?
Can some one show the math, sso that every one can use it?

Apart from these, are there any hidden trick employers play with employees?

There are no set rules for this.
