Hi,
My NJ labor was sent to NY Regional office in Jan, 2004. The DOL web site shows the current processing time for NY region is April 2004.
When trying to find out the status by phone, message is case number not located. Does the case number given by NJ state DOL same for NY Region DOL or different? If different, how to find out the NY DOL case number?
Lawyer is telling to wait, which I can't.
Any suggestions?
