Future GC with another Employer

My LC is going on with a future employer. This employer is unable to get good projects for me.
In the meanwhile a new employer is ready start another future GC for me. He is promising to get a good project soon.
Is it legally allowed to have two future GC's going on at the same time ?
Can anyone please help me with this question !
