Hello all, it’s a very funny situation for me. My six years H1 ends in September 2005. I'm working for company A and it is in Texas. Company A applied my Labor three months back. And I'm not expecting to get that any time soon. So I applied for Labor thru company B in other state where it might take only a little over year.
After my six years ends company A will apply for my extension. My question is in my seventh year extension can I change companies (to company B where I got my labor approved ...hopefully by then).
It looks like a long time issue, but I need to make my decision now :-(
